These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Zuvia. By creating an account, browsing, buying, or selling on Zuvia you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Zuvia. If you act on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Buying Templates & Courses
When you buy a template or course you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to:
- Edit it inside Zuvia's visual editor
- Publish the resulting page on a Zuvia subdomain or your own domain
- Download and host the exported HTML on any host you choose
You may not:
- Re-sell the template or course as-is on another marketplace
- Share your account or distribute downloaded files publicly
- Use the content for unlawful, hateful, or deceptive purposes
4. Selling on Zuvia
Sellers warrant that they own — or have the rights to license — every asset they upload (HTML, images, fonts, code). Zuvia takes a platform fee on each sale; the current fee is shown in your seller dashboard.
Payouts are processed on the schedule shown in your dashboard. Sellers must:
- Provide accurate bank or payout details
- Comply with applicable tax laws in their jurisdiction
- Respond to buyer support requests in good faith
5. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, sell, or publish through Zuvia any content that:
- Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
- Promotes hate, violence, or illegal activity
- Contains malware, phishing, or deceptive code
- Impersonates Zuvia or another brand
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or cause harm to other users. You may close your account at any time from the dashboard.
8. Disclaimers
Zuvia is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific commercial result will be achieved from using the templates or courses.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Zuvia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Zuvia in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zuvia is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice. Your continued use of Zuvia after a change means you accept the new Terms.
