1. Information We Collect
Account information
When you create an account we collect your email address, a hashed password, and an optional display name.
Content you create
We store the templates you purchase, the sites you edit, and the pages you publish so we can serve them back to you.
Payment information
Payments are processed by our third-party providers (Paystack and Nomba). We never see or store your full card number — only an order ID and the amount.
Usage data
We collect anonymous analytics about which pages are viewed, clicked, or purchased so we can improve the product. This data is not tied to your identity.

- To deliver templates, courses, and edited sites you own
- To process payments and send purchase receipts

3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to run Zuvia:
- Authentication and database hosting
- Payment processors (Paystack, Nomba)
- Email delivery services for transactional messages
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

6. Data Retention
We retain your account and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where law requires us to keep records longer (for example, tax records of paid orders).

We use industry-standard security: encrypted transport (TLS), encrypted storage, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.
8. Children's Privacy
Zuvia is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. If changes are material we will notify you by email or via an in-product notice before they take effect.
